What excites you when you are 20 (or more)? You are less interested in family, in friends — more, of course, in work, but most of all you are interested in girls. Why is rejection always unpleasant? Because people interpret it as spitting in their direction. As if you failed with an acquaintance, it means that something is wrong with you. But look at rejection from the other side. Instead of seeing it as the mirror side of your own worth in the context of the relationship, try to see it as helpful feedback that teaches you to be better.
